KIS 2013 與 Metro UI 無法啟動!
不知道有多少人遇到不是閃退就是一片白屏，我的筆電是由7升級到 windows 8 . 卻發生了在安裝完成 Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 後 Metro UI 內的一些磚都出不來,或一直停止在 Loading的情況. 我試過其他 KAV and PURE 版本發現與防火牆功能或應用程式控制有關，因為前述二者都沒有這些功能或比較陽春。 不管如何在 中國與英文的論壇上有不少人遇到，但又不是全部，因此在論壇中Kaspersky 工程師仍要求遇到的客戶收集資料。 但在嘗試與綜合各家的方法後，我終於搞定了 首先先把互動式護，自動選擇項目取消。
